Now my sole surviving brother has finished it and I was delighted to discover that he also enjoyed it enormously. We agreed with each other, even as we agreed that historical fiction was not a favorite genre, Roman Britain was a period we never had been inspired to explore other than very superficially, that your TLATL captured our instant attention once we read the very first sentence until we sadly reached the end of the tale. We will be learning more about the Golden Age of Roman Britain! Thanks very much, John.
